Life Is Beautiful

'Life is Beautiful' is a series of four movement workshops examining the ancient writings of Ecclesiastes. Thought to be written by the great wise King Solomon himself, he reflects on his observations of life ‘under the sun’. We follow his frustrated quest for meaning as he wrestles with life’s hardship, imperfections, uncertainties, fears, grief, and unfairness. In his search, he purports that life is momentary like a ‘breath’, its activity like a ‘chasing after the wind’, with lives like ‘passing shadows’. Take a journey with us through our four Workshops Broken Record, Drift, Connection and Remember, as we see if he can find any beauty, in all that is ‘life under the sun’.
