'findingCENTRE'

‘findingCENTRE’ is a dance and movement workshop on the book of Colossians in the Bible. The apostle Paul writes to a society searching for meaning & wholeness in the midst of a myriad of different philosophies, human traditions and spiritualities. He proposes that the answer is simpler and closer than we think. 

We will explore how we might ‘find centre’ in a chaotic world, connect to who we are and make sense of life in the universe.

We progress through a study of key texts, using these as building blocks for our movement. This is combined with warm up, taught movement, guided improvisation, discussion and prayer. This gives us time to pause, reflect and apply the truths of God's Word in a unique and inspiring process.

Participants will work according to their own pace and ability. No previous experience is required. Please wear clothing that will enable you to move freely. We will be moving with bare feet so no special footwear is required.
