Invisible

Invisible is a movement workshop exploring the unseen inner life of faith and the hidden realities that might shape how we live our visible everyday lives. We will delve into the book of Ephesians from the Bible and begin to grasp the depths of love, grace, power, peace and hope - blessings that can permeate and transform lives and communities amidst the real battles of everyday life.

Participants will work according to their own pace and ability. We use the texts for movement in our warm up, taught movement, and guided improvisation. No previous experience is required. Please wear clothing that will enable you to move freely. We will be moving with bare feet so no special footwear is required.
